Services, infrastructures, and amenities
The hotel provides an accessible environment for guests with reduced mobility and guests using wheelchairs. The hotel’s public areas are accessible without stairs at ground floor level, including the reception, restaurant, bars and poolside areas. Accessible toilet facilities are available in the communal areas.
The accessibility of individual rooms varies depending on the room type. The presence of a lift, an emergency pull cord or a walk-in shower does not automatically mean that the room is fully adapted for use by a person in a wheelchair.
At Laguna Park Sunrise, the communal areas are accessible to guests using wheelchairs. At present, there is no room type that can be designated as a room adapted for wheelchair users. All room types are accessible by lift and feature an emergency pull cord in the bathroom and a walk-in shower.
In order to comply with hygiene requirements and ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, dogs, cats and other pets are not permitted on the hotel premises.
